By accessing viventine.com, console.viventine.com, or using the Orbit Sentinel platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Viventine Space Systems LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Viventine," "we," "us," or "our"), provides regulatory intelligence tools for the space industry, including the Orbit Sentinel platform and the Viventine Console at console.viventine.com. Our services are under active development and are subject to change without notice.

Accounts

Access to the Viventine Console requires signing in with a method we support (such as an email sign-in link or code, or a Google or Microsoft account). You are responsible for keeping that sign-in method secure; activity through it is attributed to you. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

• One account per person. Use a real email address you control.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and sessions at any time for violation of these terms, abuse, or at our discretion.
• By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional email from us, including sign-in links, key and security notices, and service announcements.
• Alert emails. If you create a filing alert through the API, we email digests to the address you give us, at the cadence you choose. Every digest carries a one-click link to stop that alert and a link to stop all alerts to that address; both take effect immediately, without signing in. Mail clients that support one-click unsubscribe show it as an Unsubscribe button. You can also delete alerts through the API at any time.

Plans and Access

Orbit Sentinel offers a self-serve Free plan, and Pro and Enterprise plans by request. The limits of each plan are described on our website and in the Console. Access may be revoked at any time. The platform is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or inaccuracies. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data completeness, or accuracy.

The Free plan is free. Pro and Enterprise plans, and any preview of them we offer, are arranged with us directly; paid plans are subject to additional terms agreed at the time of purchase. We will not charge any account without its notice and consent.

If you have a written agreement or order form with us for a Pro or Enterprise plan, it governs where it conflicts with these terms. If we end a paid plan for reasons other than your breach of these terms, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

We may change the limits or features of a plan. For paid plans we will give at least 30 days' notice of changes that reduce what you receive. A Pro preview does not convert to a paid plan on its own: before it ends we will contact you, and the account stays on Pro only if you choose to; otherwise it moves to the Free plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform beyond what is provided through our API.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when creating an account or using our services.
• Create multiple accounts or mint API keys to circumvent rate limits, key caps, or other usage restrictions.

API & MCP Server Access

Orbit Sentinel provides data access through an API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that integrates with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and other compatible assistants. By using our API or MCP server, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Self-serve keys — API keys are minted through the Viventine Console. Keys are shown once at creation and we store only a hash; we cannot recover a lost key. We may limit the number of active keys per account and may revoke keys at our discretion.
• Key expiry and dormancy — every key has an expiry date set when it is issued (one year for standard keys; shorter for test and evaluation keys), shown in the Console. A key that goes 90 days without being used is revoked. Before either happens we email the account: at 60 days without use, then 5 days and 1 day before the key stops working. Using the key resets the dormancy clock; expiry does not. A revoked or expired key can be replaced by minting a new one in the Console.
• API key security — you are responsible for the security of your API key. Do not share, publish, or embed your key in client-side code. Notify us immediately if you believe your key has been compromised; you can revoke keys yourself in the Console at any time.
• Usage limits — we may impose rate limits or usage quotas at our discretion. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or suspension of access.
• Data use — data retrieved through our API may be used for your internal business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw data obtained from Orbit Sentinel without prior written consent.
• AI tool integration — when you route Orbit Sentinel data through third-party AI tools, you are responsible for how that data is used, stored, or shared downstream by those tools. Viventine is not liable for actions taken by third-party AI providers.
• No service level guarantee — unless agreed in writing for a paid plan, we do not guarantee uptime, response times, or data freshness. The API and MCP server may be modified, rate-limited, or discontinued without notice.
• Termination — we may revoke API keys or MCP access at any time for violation of these terms, abuse, or at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Our value-added analysis, entity resolution, platform design, and code are the property of Viventine unless otherwise noted. Regulatory filings sourced from government agencies (FCC, ITU, FAA, NOAA, UNOOSA, Federal Register) are public records and remain in the public domain; our proprietary rights extend only to our enrichment of and additions to that material, not to the underlying government records.

Third-Party Data

Orbit Sentinel also incorporates reference data aggregated from third-party sources — including the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) Satellite Database, CelesTrak, the General Catalog of Artificial Space Objects (GCAT), and Space-Track — which remain the property of their respective providers and are made available subject to those providers' own licenses and terms of use. We do not claim ownership of this third-party data, and we provide it under, and ask that you honor, the attribution and use conditions of the originating source. Where a source license requires attribution (for example, Creative Commons "BY" licenses) or restricts redistribution, those conditions flow through to your use of the data. Nothing in these terms grants you rights in third-party data beyond what the originating provider permits.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information provided. Regulatory data should be independently verified before making business, legal, or investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viventine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to reliance on regulatory data or intelligence provided through our platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100 if you have not paid us anything.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Viventine, its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or reliance on data or intelligence provided through our platform.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will also email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after that means you accept the updated terms.
